New for the 2025 edition, the Via del Bitto Trail will follow the namesake route of the Via del Bitto: a recently created cycling and hiking trail connecting alpine pastures, designed to promote bike tourism in the heart of nature and local food and wine traditions.
The 16 km route will overlap with the International Rosetta Skyrace only in its initial and final sections, with the Polifunzionale di Rasura serving as both the starting and finishing point.

After the start, once past the Rifugio della Corte, runners will join the Via del Bitto trail, following a wide and easy bike route that leads to the Olano pasture. From there, a gentle and fast trail with mild inclines will guide athletes through the alpine scenery of Valgerola, passing by historic agricultural and dairy structures such as the Casera di Olano, the Baita del Prato, the Baita del Ven, and the Casera di Combanina.
The route will then rejoin the main course, passing by the Agriturismo Bar Bianco before the fast final descent toward the finish line in Rasura.
